Refunds:  There are no refunds for this program. 

Cancellation Policy:  You may cancel this subscription at any time by contacting   However, in order to avoid payment, you need to contact support no later than 5 BUSINESS DAYS or SOONER prior to your payment due date.  Make sure that you email Customer Support at the above email.  No other form of communication is accepted.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this Policy

By signing up for this Program you are confirming your understanding and acceptance of the above.  You also confirm that you will make each month’s payment when due.  (Note: Please make sure your card is current so that payments process and do not decline.  If your payment fails, contact Customer Support to let them know and immediately go into your Membership and update your card.)
