Impact Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Emerging Edge Media. This establishes the standards of the IMPACT Mastermind.
Below outlines Emerging Edge Media, Inc.’s policies and a description of what to expect of services to be provided:
1) THE RELATIONSHIP between Derek and the Client. Derek serves as your partner in self-discovery, personal growth, goal-setting, and goal-reaching in accordance with the IMPACT program description.
Although Derek works from a specific model in providing services, it is actually you, the Client, who determines the eventual outcome based on your level of commitment and focus.
2) PROGRAM PERIOD: The Client understands that the program is a 6-month program. This is not a subscription that can be broken down into monthly payments, but a full cost program, regardless of whether the Client completes the program or not.
Cancellation requests expire at the end of the 72-hour refund period.
3) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES / RESULTS: The Client agrees to make a commitment to take an active part in the process by doing the work involved to get the best results. We recommend as part of this work, that the Client participates fully, to the best of Client’s ability, of the various tools of this program such as the private Facebook Group; being on Derek’s coaching calls, getting an accountability partner, participating in the small workgroup, and attend the Virtual Retreat, to help ensure that Client gets the full benefit and rewards of the program.

4a) PAYMENTS and FEES:
Program Amount: As stated on the cart page.
4b) Refund Policy; Late Payments, and Non-Payment:
Refund Policy: The Client has 72 hours from their initial or full payment to request a refund. No refunds will be granted once the 72-hour period ends. Please understand that there are no exceptions to this refund policy.
The Client MUST contact support@derekrydall.com to request a refund. No other form of communication will be accepted. The following are exceptions to granting any refund.
Exceptions to Granting Refunds:
- All parties who have requested refunds on any consecutive occasions or for 50% or more of their purchases are ineligible.
- All parties who have filed a payment processor dispute or chargeback abdicate all rights under this Refund Policy and agree to abide by this policy.
- Anyone who has a past due balance on a previous program must pay the previous balance(s) in full, to receive program delivery. (Contact support@derekrydall.com to make arrangements to clear any previous balance owed.)
Note: If the program is not fully paid in accordance with this policy, the Client will lose access to any other programs until the payment for an unpaid program has been made. - In addition, the Client is not entitled to a refund unless past payment(s) are received in full within the refund period specified for this program.
The Client agrees to honor any and all payments. The client further agrees not to file any chargeback(s) or a dispute for any payment(s) amount(s) and to abide by the policies set forth herein once the refund period expires.
Late Payments: Any payment that is more than 5 days past due, could have a 3% to 5% late fee imposed on the payment. In addition, access to any program may be revoked until payment is made and late fees, if any, are paid.
Payments not completed for the program: Emerging Edge Media, Inc. may choose to follow with legal action against the Client to collect the money due to Emerging Edge Media, Inc. The Client may also be responsible for any legal action charges or collection charges incurred.
5a) For Full-Pay PAYMENT METHOD OPTIONS besides credit card payment.
Wire Transfers: ($30 fee to be added to payments.) This is the preferred payment method for all IMPACT purchases. A deposit is required immediately via credit card and the balance can be wired in full. Preferred Method of Payment. The wire needs to process within 3 Business days from the date of the deposit.

Cashier’s Checks: (no fee) This option is for U.S. Citizens. There is a deposit required for this option first and the balance can be paid with a Cashier’s Check. Payment must be received within 10 days from the date of purchase.

The client agrees to honor any and all payments. The client agrees not to file any chargeback(s) or a dispute for any payment(s) amount(s) and to abide by the policies set forth herein once the refund period expires.
5b) PAYMENT PLANS: I understand that if I choose a monthly payment plan I am making the first payment today on an automatic payment plan. The 2nd and future payments will be processed every 30 days thereafter until paid in full.
TO FURTHER CLARIFY, no refunds will be issued for any reason once the 72-hour period ends, and all monthly payments must be paid on a timely basis. If a monthly payment becomes more than 5 days past due, Emerging Edge Media, Inc. may cancel the program and remove any programs until such payment is cleared. If paying with a credit card, it is the responsibility of the Client to make sure that their credit card is always updated as needed in order for all payments to be processed on time.
**Note: If you are currently on a payment plan for The Thought Leader Business Builder you are required to complete that payment plan in addition to your Impact program payments.
6) COST OF TELEPHONE CALLS: The client is responsible for any cost related to the program sessions and any other call costs that may be applicable.
7) CONTACT INFORMATION CHANGE: If any changes make sure to notify support@derekrydall.com to update your record.
8) PROGRAM TERMINATION: The IMPACT program and any other applicable bonuses, such as Prosperity Playground, terminate at the end of the 6th month.
9) Cancellation Policy and Payment Obligation of Client: The Client understands that the cancellation period or withdrawal from the program ends 72 hours from the date/time of the initial or full payment.
The Client also understands dropping this program after the refund period expires, does not dismiss the Client’s responsibility to make full payment of the program price.
This is not a subscription program but a full, 6-month program that the Client is joining.
10) CONFIDENTIALITY:
10a) CONFIDENTIALITY: The Client agrees to hold confidential all goings-on in this group and not share information about another member of the group with anyone in or out of the group. The Client realizes that this is a sacred space for all members and is to be held in strict confidence since personal issues may be related by any given member for the purpose of healing and growth.
Emerging Edge Media, Inc., holds this group and each client in confidence and discussions will not be held about any group member outside of this group. In the line of performing their duties, team members may discuss within the Company certain issues, questions, etc. as they relate to a team member's duties regarding the program or client.
10b) Exceptions to confidentiality:
i.) In the course of their regular clerical duties, Emerging Edge Media support staff may be privy to Client information and may choose to listen to recordings of the sessions for IMPACT as part of their package for being a member of our Team.
ii.) In the event that Derek believes there is clear and imminent danger to the life and physical safety of the client or others, the coach may need to disclose selected information in order to make appropriate and potentially life-saving interventions.
iii.) In highly unusual circumstances, legal requirements may demand that confidential material be revealed.
iv.) If a client publicly makes false and slanderous claims about Derek or any coaches’ work with the client, with the intent to harm Emerging Edge Media, Derek Rydall, the Master Coaches, or a team member, Derek shall be at liberty to respond publicly to those false charges in order to protect his own personal and professional reputation and the personal and professional reputation of a Master Coach or team member, and to protect his Company.
11) MEMBERSHIP OF FACEBOOK GROUP(S) – Rules for Membership:
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that being a member of this Facebook Group or any Facebook Group of Emerging Edge Media, Inc. is for interacting with the members regarding the program for which the FB group was established. It is also a place to gain and grow relationships and help one another.
I ALSO UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that the Facebook Group(s) is not a place to register complaints about the Company, a team member, or anyone else, including other Clients. Any such acts are disruptive and unfair to the other members and that is not what the Group is set up for.
If a person posts anything in the group that is not in keeping with working on the program and is posting a complaint, any out-of-line comments, or being hostile in any way, that person will be removed, blocked and the IMPACT program may need to be reduced to only the calls and no personal interaction with other members, including removing the Client from any group interaction and Facebook Groups that said Client may be a member besides the Impact FB Group.
Any Client having an issue about any occurrence or action or problem with an order, team member or other issue agrees that they will contact support@derekrydall.com ALWAYS.
Emerging Edge Media, Inc. is open to CONSTRUCTIVE criticism ALWAYS and will do its best to resolve a client’s issues if a problem is apparent.
BY PURCHASING THIS PROGRAM, I am in complete agreement with the aforementioned Facebook Rules.
12) HOLD HARMLESS: The Client agrees to utilize Emerging Edge Media, Inc. services with the full understanding that Derek Rydall, Emerging Edge Media, their employees, volunteers, and directors are in no way responsible or liable for their decisions, actions, and their outcomes. You also agree to hold Derek Rydall, Emerging Edge Media, Inc., their employees, volunteers, Independent Contractors, and directors free of all liability and responsibility for any adverse situations created as a direct or indirect result of a specific referral, advice given, or any actions taken while working with or as a result of working with Emerging Edge Media, Inc. and Derek Rydall.
By making a payment for this program, I confirm that I have read, understand, and fully agree to the aforementioned program policies, including the refund policy and cancellation policy as set forth herein.
