If after that you can honestly say you showed up, did the work, and don't feel the transformation beginning — simply email Support@derekrydall.com and we'll refund every penny. No guilt. No interrogation. No hard feelings.
We honor your path. And we're confident enough in this work to let you experience it fully before you decide.
Refund requests received after the 30-day window cannot be honored, so please don't wait if you have concerns — reach out early and we'll take care of you.
A Few Important Details
This isn't a subscription — it's a full program commitment. Choosing to step away after the refund window closes doesn't release you from your financial agreement. If you have concerns before that happens, please reach out early. We'd always rather talk it through.
Refund eligibility requires:
- Your request arrives within the 30-day window
- Any outstanding payments on any programs are current. If non-payment for a program, refunds
can only be made if the non-paid program is paid in full.
If you have a balance due, contact us right away at Support@derekrydall.com and we'll help you sort it out before the window closes.
Refunds are not available to participants who:
- Have requested refunds on 50% or more of their purchases across our programs, or on consecutive programs
- Have initiated a payment dispute (chargeback) through their bank or payment processor — doing so supersedes this policy entirely.
- There are no other programs with us that were not paid in full when due.
These boundaries exist for the health of the whole community.
A Grounded Reminder
This program is a powerful catalyst — and it is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial guidance. You are responsible for the choices you make and the information you choose to share in a group setting.
