You may request a refund within 14 days of the First Call. There are exceptions for granting refunds. These exceptions are listed below.
Please note that there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this Policy for TLBB.
NOTE: To request a refund you need to email our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. (No other form of communication will be accepted)
Also, know that this policy doesn’t apply to all live virtual programs as to the
Number of days allowed for a refund. Please always read the proper policy for each program purchased, which are given on every cart page and in our FAQs at derekrydall.com.

Exceptions to Granting Refunds for the TLBB Programs:
- All parties who have requested refunds on any consecutive occasions or for 50% or more of their purchases are ineligible for this Risk-Free offer.
- All Parties who have filed a payment processor dispute or chargeback abdicate all rights under this Refund Policy and agree to abide by this policy.
- Anyone who has a past due balance on a previous program does not qualify for a refund unless any past payment(s) have been received in full within the refund period specified in this Policy. You will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away to settle this balance.
By making a purchase for TLBB you are agreeing to the terms of this Refund Policy, including the Exceptions to Granting Refunds. We do appreciate your comments as to why you request a refund as these comments help us to better understand our community’s interests and needs.
There are no guarantees to what someone experiences. The results and outcome of this and other programs has to do with the client’s commitment and willingness to take an active part in the process.
