Coaching Guarantee and Policy

Emergence Academy - Group Coaching Program Guarantee and Refund Policy. Group Coaching program has a recurring charge. The program can be cancelled at any time; however, to avoid a recurring charge in any given month, YOU MUST EMAIL support@derekrydall.com at least 48 “BUSINESS” hours (or SOONER) prior to the billing date. The first billing day will occur on the 30th day from the date of your order and continues every 30 days until cancelled. Once the recurring charge has been made, it will not be reversed or refunded. To be fair to all clients, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to our Policies.

When purchasing, you acknowledge that the Group Coaching regular monthly charge will automatically process starting on the 30th day after your purchase unless cancelled at least 48 “BUSINESS”* hours (OR SOONER) prior to the billing date. All recurring payments will automatically process monthly unless a cancellation by email to Support@derekrydall.com has been received. Please understand there are NO REFUNDS AFTER THE RECURRING FEE PROCESSES.

Once cancelled, in accordance with the above noted terms, you will not be charged again, but are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred.  In order to treat everyone equally, NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE TO OUR REFUND POLICIES.

 

Monthly Coaching Offer Guarantee and Policy.
(THIS IS A LIMITED OFFER:   This offer can only be taken one time regardless of what events or programs it is offered.  Additionally, it is not offered to those currently in or have been in the Group Coaching Program(s).)

Private One-on-One Coaching.  
One-year coaching programs with an In-House Coach.  One-year programs with Derek. These are private sessions which are booked ahead on the calendar.  There are no refunds for private coaching and no exceptions.

VIP Day.  The VIP Day is a one-on-one, 7-hour session with Derek Rydall and is scheduled generally a month or more in advance (depending on availability).  Since an entire day is set aside for this session, if a cancellation for that date is needed, we must have a month's notification in order to fill that day with other private client sessions.  We will re-schedule if notified at least a month prior to your session as the earliest day possible.  No Shows voids the day.  No refunds for these sessions and no exception.
