Coaching Guarantee and Policy

Emergence Academy - Group Coaching Program Guarantee and Refund Policy. 

The Emergence Academy monthly program has a recurring charge of $79 per month.

The program can be cancelled at any time; however, to avoid a recurring charge in any given month, YOU MUST EMAIL [e-mail] at least 72 “BUSINESS” hours (or SOONER) prior to the billing date. The first billing day will occur on the 30th day from the date of your purchase and continues every 30 days until cancelled. Once the recurring charge has been made, it will not be reversed or refunded. To be fair to all clients, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to our Policies.

When purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read the policy in full for the Emergence Academy and agree to the terms.

To cancel you must email [e-mail]. No other form of communication will be accepted.

Once cancelled, in accordance with the above noted terms, you will not be charged again, but are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred.  In order to treat everyone equally, NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE TO OUR REFUND POLICIES.

This offer can only be taken one time regardless of what events or programs it is offered. Additionally, it is not offered to those currently in or who have been in the Emergence program.

ANNUAL EMERGENCE ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP:

Annual Fee:  $599

First Year's Purchase:  You have 30 days to use the program and if within that period you find this isn't for you, contact [e-mail] for a refund.  No refunds will be honored after this period.

To continue your Emergence Academy subscription, do nothing and your access will automatically continue at $599 per year.

Renewal policy: You may cancel prior to your billing date for this Annual renewal (year 2 and on) by emailing [e-mail];  We recommend you contact support NO LATER THAN 72 "BUSINESS" HOURS (or SOONER) prior to your billing date to avoid a charge. No Exceptions.  We recommend putting this Subscription on your calendar for at least 5 business days prior to the billing date.

Private One-on-One Coaching.   One-year coaching programs with an In-House Coach.  One-year programs with Derek. These are private sessions which are booked ahead on the calendar. There are no refunds for private coaching and no exceptions.

VIP Day.  The VIP Day is a one-on-one, 7-hour session with Derek Rydall and is scheduled generally a month or more in advance (depending on availability).  Since an entire day is set aside for this session, if a cancellation for that date is needed, we must have a month's notification in order to fill that day with other private client sessions.  We will reschedule if notified at least a month prior to your session for the earliest day possible. No Shows voids the day. No refunds for VIP Days. NO Exception.
