Once you sign up you can cancel at any time; however, in order to avoid a charge in any given month, you must contact email@example.com at least 5 BUSINESS days prior to your billing date to avoid a charge. Once a charge has been processed there are no refunds. If a Client's payment declines the Client is responsible for the payment.
Note: Any filing of a dispute or chargeback where a payment was due since it processed because a Client didn't adhere to the time frame and policy, any programs the Client has will be canceled until payment is received.
In order to be fair to all clients, there is NO EXCEPTION to this Cancellation/Refund Policy.
Again, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel. No Other Forms of Communication will be accepted.
