What are the days and times of the group calls, e.g., would I be able to access them during day/evening times in the UK (ideally not 2 or 3am)?

The times are staggered -- one in the a.m. and one in the p.m. and are Pacific Time (California).  There are two calls per month and there could occasionally be a bonus call.  The calls are 90 minutes, but could run over.  The web link you receive is also the recording link, which will be active a few hours after the call.  The schedule goes out approximately one week or sooner before the first call.  Make sure you have this email in your contact to avoid it going to your spam or junk mail -- [e-mail].   Reminders are also sent about two days prior to each call.
